Meet Anna, owner & founder of Barre Soul Kauai. Barre Master Teacher Trainer & 500 hour RYT, Pilates certified, she's built her life around movement, connection, and balance.
Her greatest gift and passion is bringing people together & helping people make a difference in their lives; With the studios, and now virtually, she gets to do this in bigger numbers. Her classes are anything but routine. Always evolving, Anna loves taking her barre-loving community on a dynamic fitness journey: blending heart, soul, and that signature deep burn.

Barre Soul was created with a goal to bring women together. To connect, to get strong, and to have fun.

Our walls went up in 2014! It started with a dream, a small savings, and a whole lot of passion. So many helping hands went into creating our first Barre studio on this little island of Kauai. We were created (and we've stuck around) because of YOU — our community. You bring your light and energy into our studios and multiply it by sharing it with others, day after day. That’s what makes us extraordinary. We are a tribe of like-minded warriors who show-up and work their asses off day after day, heart first. Thank you. Over the past 10 years, we have grown & expanded our Barre routines to include a “cross training” feel. Classes range from our Signature Barre class with light weights, varied resistance & high reps to our Barre Bold class for intense, strength training, intervals and functional movements.
