I'm inviting you to spend 7 unforgettable days with me in Chacala -- a tiny beach town on Mexico's Pacific coast that completely stole my heart.

Think golden beaches, swaying palms, colorful streets, incredible food, warm ocean swims, and the kindest people you'll ever meet. Chacala isn't overrun with tourists. It's authentic, peaceful, and full of SOUL.

We'll move our bodies every day with barre, yoga, pilates, meditation, breathwork, and deep relaxation-- but this retreat isn't about pushing harder...

It's about softening. 
Slowing down.
Laughing until your cheeks hurt.
Sleeping in.
Having conversations that remind you who you are. 
Reading your book in a hammock.
Watching sunsets with new friends who somehow feel like old ones.

A typical day might look like:
✨Morning Movement  in our upstairs palapa area
✨Delicious fresh, (mostly) vegetarian meals made with LOVE
✨Beach walks, hikes, shopping, naps...or absolutely nothing at all
✨Afterhoon yoga, stretching, meditation, or floating in the ocean
✨Delicious dinners and evenings filled with connection, laughter

Just space to breathe.
